Indications

This immunoblot is performed in reflex to a significant IIF pattern on the Autoantibody test (e.g. SMA, AMA, LKM, LC1 pattern). Antibodies present are associated with autoimmune hepatitis I and II, primary biliary cirrhosis, sclerosing cholangitis
